Thinking about ALitM again and while I enjoyed it overall, MAN, the StarClan stuff in this series lately is so so shitty. "Oh we made a mistake letting Ashfur into heaven. We definitely didn't make any mistake in banishing Juniperclaw and all these other cats to hell though, we're perfect and our judgment is flawless." ??????????

Man I miss OotS, a series that managed to focus so much on StarClan and the Dark Forest while still being more mysterious and reasonable about how cats wound up there. How did Ashfur get into StarClan while being so terrible? Idk, says Bluestar, implying that it's never been about morality, he just found his way here so that must mean he can stay. I miss this so much. It was so much more interesting.

TBC makes me want to set StarClan on fire. They're genuinely starting to feel like the bad guys and this series is not self aware enough to notice how horrible they sound.
