This gentleman came in to have a 10yr old surface anchor base (dermal) removed. He hadn't had a top on it for several years. When there isn't a top on anchors, we tightly attach a new, 3/16" disk so I have something to grab ahold of securely. We decided to have him check it out for 1 last time before we remove it. He really liked the look and was having 2nd thoughts on removal. He then starting asking about gold and diamonds and picked out this sweet mini-halo from Sleeping Goddess with diamonds and a London blue topaz.
