                    ❛❛ Good morning, sir ! I hope we aren’t getting in the way of your morning commute. By the way, my friends here say that you’re a big fan of Tiger’s Paw. ❜❜ Kiyomasa gave a vague gesture to the members of the crew following behind him. Sure, today’s activity was another televised event, but it was different. For the first time, Kiyomasa had left the indoor area of the ‘studio’ and ventured into the ‘streets’. Supposedly, Kiyomasa was supposed to find fans of Tiger’s Paw and interview them for laughs. But why waste time following the script when this was an opportunity to find an way out of here ?

                    ❛❛ Although, I must say...a man your age isn’t really the sort of person who’d drool over boy bands, right ? That’s the sort of thing only teen girls do, isn’t it ? I mean, I’m sure you have more important things to do with your life. Right ? ❜❜ Kiyomasa paused, and an awkward silence settled over the camera crew. He’d learned that that was what happened when he went too far ‘off-script’. Kiyomasa glanced back at the man he’d interviewed. Was he part of this ‘scenery’ as well, or was he a living, breathing person ?

                    ❛❛ There is no need to apologize. ❜❜ Katsuie stepped aside so that the stranger could sit down. Come to think of it, he’d seen this man several times before, hadn’t he ? He tended to board the train at the same time each evening, in various states of exhaustion. Today was worse than usual. 

                   Was the fact that Katsuie had noticed that a sign that he’d been riding the train for too long ? Probably. However, he couldn’t help but wonder about the lives of the regulars who boarded the train. What sort of life did this man lead that tired him out to this extent ? What kind of job did he hold ? And how could Katsuie ask these questions in a socially acceptable manner ?

                    ❛❛ ...It appears as though this past day was an exhausting one for you.  ❜❜ Most people would welcome sympathy even if it came from a stranger, right ? Besides, there was no way this man hadn’t already realized how fatigued he looked.
