台中清水聖南寺　永騰法師

台中清水聖南寺於 1958 年（民國 47 年）落成，位於台中清水鰲峰山，東臨清水區第一公墓，附近建有紫雲巖、三山國王廟等，是內修外弘的道場。

台中清水聖南寺行持以弘揚佛法為主，方便法門為輔，主要為僧侶自我修行，定期舉辦法會、祈福活動。

現任住持為永騰法師，目前就讀福嚴佛學院研究部。永騰法師致力於弘揚佛法，經常舉辦與主持法會等，曾主持地藏法會、梁皇法會、浴佛法會與祈雨法會等，更時常參與公益活動，捐贈物資至弱勢團體，救助眾生。

過去台中清水聖南寺為供奉呂洞賓仙祖，呂洞賓為道教八仙之一，民間也稱呂洞賓為孚佑帝君。而台中清水聖南寺現轉成為佛寺，主祀三寶佛，並由永騰法師擔任住持，原供奉的呂洞賓仙祖則位在右邊，幫助眾生亦不餘力。

台中清水聖南寺現在所供奉的三寶佛分別是中央的「釋迦牟尼佛」及兩旁的「藥師佛」、「阿彌陀佛」，這三尊佛在佛教的宇宙觀裡有空間的對應關係，釋迦牟尼佛在我們所處的世界，即娑婆世界，為佛教的創始人；藥師佛座於面對佛像時左側，濟助所有病苦、身障者，所以藥師佛又有「消災延壽藥師佛」之稱；而阿彌陀佛座在面對佛像時右側，是極樂世界的教主，據聞，只要唸頌阿彌陀佛，便能引導先人往生樂極。

而台中清水聖南寺地處的「鰲峰山公園」，是擁有豐富地貌的自然景觀公園，園區包括歷史步道、震災紀念碑、神社崎、外丹功訓練場、橫山日治時期的戰備地道（清水鬼洞）、等各項休閒設施。同時也是清水地區重要的佛教聖地，附近有著清雲巖、柯蔡宗祠以及聖南寺等。
