When you accomplish a task, what do you see? - a job well done - a job falling short, could be better? - a job enhancing your life, your well being? - not good enough? #fitnessjourney Today, look at a task as a process not just an end goal. Look at a project as your learning tool, learning about your self in that moment, on that process. See if you get an AHA moment. Last week, I had poor sleep and had to skip a run. Last week there were so many projects to complete, 'working out' with the community was more important. I can look at my numbers and just see the numbers falling short of a goal. Or, I can see the numbers and be reminded of how much I balanced, learned, tried, and tested within myself and shared with the world.
