Was there ever a time you considered not writing anymore? sometime I just feel like i'll Never get better and i just Want to stop.

Honestly considered it? No. Even if I wasn��t writing actual stories, I was role playing. I have a few one-on-one roleplay story lines that went on for years, and were probably longer than all my stories combined. 

I didn’t keep writing because I could see obvious improvement, because I’ll let you know, there wasn’t any. It’s something I realized when I looked back much later and went, “Oh, I didn’t realized that when I started [insert thing]” It’ll be something that you love about your writing and you won’t realize it’s first appearance was in what you’d considered bad writing before.

It takes a while to develop a style, to create your own narrative voice, even longer until you appreciate what others see so easily. Of course, this is all my personal opinion, from my personal experience. If writing makes you happy? You should never give it up. Even if it’s just little notes you jot to yourself when the mood strikes.

But, let’s have a Throwback Saturday. I just recently found my first fanfic account of ff.net, and it’s a gem. When I found it I promised it wouldn’t see light of day. But, hey, why not? So, under the break is my first story posted online; be warned, it is pretty bad. No, worse than pretty bad. But I’m not going to lie, it makes me smile. Everyone starts somewhere, and apparently I started with self-insert Inuyasha fanfic. 

It was about midnight one dark and foggy night this night isa night three 15 year old kids will never forget they were in sins housegetting ready to watch their favorite downloaded show INUYASHA. When somethingstranged happened.

“yo sin you got the computer set up yet” JD yelled from downstairs ‘ya some on’ SIN yelled from her room the boys got to sins room withsome popcorn soda and some candy and sat in the other two chairs and put ontheir head phones. “let the TV commence” everyone yelled at once as sin turnedit on but just as that happened a bolt of lightning stuck the power cord andsen a abnormal quantities through to sins computer and into their headphones.Suddenly all three boys were getting zapped by about 10,000 volts ofelectricity. They screamed in pain as they blacked out.

Some time in the near future.

JC awoke in a small shack filled with straw. He slowly stoodup and shook off the after effects of the electric charge, not realizing heshouldn’t be here. He walked outside and to his surprise saw a little furrything sitting on a well.

How did I get here? .One minute I was sitting in Sin’s roomand the next I was here. Hey wh is that little chipmunk.

Hw walked over to the little thing and tapped him on the shoulder.It turned and said “how are you Inuyasha? Did you have a good sleep?” As soonas the boy turned around he recornized him.

Hey That’s Shippo!!!!

“Wait a sec are you telling me that I’m.” He said withanxiety. “I’m INUYASHA” He leapt up and smashed a tree in half with his newfound Hanyour strength. He was completely overjoyed with his new specialabilities.

“inuyasha are you feeling ok” kagome sead as she walked outof the woods with a hand full of food.”feh” I wonder is I did that right hethought as kagome came over and put her hand on his head.

“well you have no tempature “ kagome sead as she started tomake dinner.

“I wonder when sango and Miroku are going to be back” shipposeas as he started to play with a butterfly.

“and I hope Miroku will be in one piece maybe bruised badlybut in one piece” kagome snicker as she sead that

“inuyasha I feel a shard in the western lands should we getit or NOT” kagome put extra effaces on NOT so he would get the clue but ofcoerce of Inu-Yasha over equisectic thick head he responded with a .. “lets goget that shars “ he sead as he started to march down the path to meat sango andmiroku..

They has just gotten to the village when they saw a veryscared looking Miroku being chased be a red and angry Sango with herhirikuetso.

“MIROKU! I’m GONNA MURDER YOU!!” “You were asking for it!!You know you were!” “C’mere and DIE!” “SANGO, calm down!””Let me go! He’s gonnapay for that!!” “Why can’t you just grab her hand like a normal guy…?” “Yeah,instead of her chest….even Inu-Yasha doesn’t sink that low.” “What did yousay?!” two town women was attempting to hold back Sango, who was raging mad andstruggling wildly in their grasp. Miroku was hiding behind Inu-Yasha with a redslap marks on his face. Inu-Yasha was his arms crossed and was sweat droppingat the cowering Miroku. Shippo sat at kagome’s feet, also sweat dropping.Kirara sat next to him, watching the seen broadly.
