here are some unedited words from gilded, dark, & golden (the house moss/faerrah/reina crossover asoiaf longfic).
The sisters watched the promenade at the front of the hall, none of them particularly interested but wishing to be respectful all the same. The queen passed with Lord Stark, and the king with Lady Catelyn. Little Rickon grasped Jon's hand as he waddled past, and Sarra watched Yarra coo at him as he wandered back to follow his parents. The golden-haired princess Faerrah came next on Robb's arm, followed by all the others and then some more. Sarra wondered why Jaime Lannister was in attendance. He was the queen's brother and a member of the Kingsguard, everyone knew that, but she wondered if the Targaryen wives dragged their siblings around, too. The Moss sisters were intended to sit at the front, still at the lower tables but closer to the Starks. But Jon was their friend, and their parents eagerly complied when all three sisters requested they sit with him instead. It's not as if they would be able to speak with the Starks or the Baratheons during the festivities that night, anyway. Save for Edwyna—their aunt by widowed marriage who was given a special spot with her sister, Lady Stark. The tables in front of them were piled high with food of all sorts. Buttered bread rolls and fried bacon, dripping, lemony asparagus and sweet halved peaches, bread trenchers full of honey-roasted, garlic-crusted lamb. Such a feast serving so many people could not be brought out in servings, and Sarra was piling her plate with everything she spotted. She and her sisters were not picky or delicate eaters, and seated way out here with Jon Snow, no one could scold them for eating so much so quickly.
