my 24 hour fast is done soon and honestly i could go for longer but i’m gonna break it as soon as the time hits zero bc i’m planning to go jog in the evening & i want to have digested my food by then

#i’m using the nike run club app #5k running program with 8 weeks time & today is supposed to be a 27 min run alternating a minute of jogging and walking #& judging by yesterday when i could not run for 5 straight minutes this is gonna be a very pathetic attempt #but at least it’s an attempt #technically i’m still supposed to be wearing my leg brace today and tmrw but ugh i’m so done with it #didn’t wear it yesterday either #i’m supposed to be wearing it at all times except when i’m actively showering #but i think like week three i’ve only worn it when i’ve gone outside or hung out with ppl #sugar.txt
