The thing about the Knuckles show is that like. They COULD have made it about Knuckles and Maddie learning to see eye to eye and how to compromise on the things that they both need to feel comfortable and at home and getting closer to one another through those hijinks

and then at the end could have had him helping the builders rebuild the house bringing the house rebuilding AND Knuckles' established prowess in creating things full circle and maybe Maddie would let him take certain liberties in some design part of it because hey its his home too now

But sure! Wade's bowling tournament that created a net zero on Knuckles' character development after the whole set up in episode one. way more important.

I think Shadow would have one of them totally silent laughs. Or like a wheezing laugh. He's not a cackler or even like a heheheh-er to me. If he finds something funny you can tell How funny he finds it based on the strength of the initial exhale and that is it

Its like. Huff out the nose -> breath out -> slightly audible wheezing -> Wheeze -> Strong wheeze that like kind of whistles at the end -> strong exhale no sound -> suffocating -> incredibly rare yell after regaining breathing ability lol

Real reason Charmy wasn't in murder of sth is bc he would have figured it out in 0.5 seconds Especially since it was Espio whodunnit he would’ve cracked that case wide open before Barry and Tails even got out of that saloon car

Do u guys think Omega and Shadow get into some looney tunes shit together because Shadow has super healing or whatever so Omega can hand him an acme stick of dynamite and blow Shadows hand clean off and it goes yaaaaaayyyy and claps. For enrichment . And Shadow shrugs and eats the rest of his pizza rolls with his other hand until he regenerates and Rouge stopped caring just as long as they clean up

I love the idea of Knuckles being a calming presence, like yeah he's rough and loves to punch first ask questions later, but if you just sat with him it would be so so chill no pressure for conversation and characters Know they're not in any danger with him around he has no biases or much reference to be judgemental toward anyone he's just a chill fucking dude that can punch a hole through a mountain and I think that's wonderful

Vector balances out Team Chaotix soooo so well he is an excellent midpoint between Charmy's hyperactivity and excitement and Espio's dedication and seriousness, he's mature and a great detective but he's not up his own ass and doesn't take himself seriously and he knows when to switch up from sillygoofy to responsible Guy At Work or Guardian Of Two and when he's on a case he stays in detective mode even when he's allowing himself to have so much fun with his boys..... I love Vector he's so cool.... a single mom wjo works two jobs who loves her kids and never stops... a gentle hand and the heart of a fiighterrr he's a survivverrrr

Thinking about the Chaotix making the most of their crumbling little rented space.....

How it must be filled with Music and noise and so much life, from Charmy's buzzing wings to Vector's booming voice, the creaky floorboards and their crummy little tv and video games and the occasional blasting ring of the landline.

Peeling wallpaper and corkboards and crayon drawings on printer paper and stuck shiruken and kunai covering the walls.

The place full of clutter, things collected in piles both treasured belongings and trash they haven't gotten around to throwing out yet, everywhere being slightly too cramped, with a fair bit of traffic of clients and friends passing through the main room and the upstairs not quite spacious enough to really house all three, them making it work despite it. Each of them having their own little hidey holes to keep stuff out of sight of the other two.

Charmy easily making games or toys out of anything and everything, Espio so used to the chaos of the hq meditating deeply in any room despite the racket, Vector making music mixes and some of his own tunes for fun on a small but well loved deck in his downtime.

A small space, but a home nontheless<333
