fob was so fucking right and real when they said before it gets better the darkness gets bigger like the darkness got so big and all consuming for me and bit by bit they've been getting better like i am Clawing my way to better and it feels soooooooo fucking good

#thank u buspirone for literally everything without feeling significantly less anxious i would Not be doing better i dont think #buspirone AND therapy actually shout out to both those things fjrnd #but like less anxiety has helped me sooo much these past few weeks. i feel more like myself. i look in the mirror and dont see a stranger #and so many good things Are going to be happening like. i feel hope for the future!!!!! for the first time since like. september #and i feel like. loved. and happy. some things are still bad but i can deal w them bc it's just life and yeah :] just wanted to ramble #abt it on here bc i know in my rly dark moments i vented on here so why not ramble happily too :-)#show there is hope idk. there's always hope for u. if u read this far mwah ily #txt
