so i! had an epiphany of sorts during lunch
#i remembered my therapist talking about how i deserve respect and how im allowed to set boundaries with my dad nshit#and i was talkin with my mom and another co-worker thats A Single Mom like mine and theres this whole single mom squad thing#but thats beside the point for now ghjgkmh--#point being!! we had a really good talk about the situation from yesterday and i texted my one aunt last night#cuz shes a big animal lover and her dad/my granddad is a huge honkin fucking son of a bitch. a real bonafied bastard.#so shes been down this road before and is still on it- and she gave me some solid advice and so did my mom n co-worker mom#and i texted my dad like 'i wanna visit but im not comfortable with april/your lady caller being in the apartment with us bc if she is#im gonna twist her tit on sight' but without the last bit and he was!#really understanding?? and my mom said that hes#really really lonely and thats part of why he got the dog and ghjgkmh but#he sent this big ol chunk of text about how it was fine and about how she doesnt live with him#and about how if i wanted to visit its cool and even spend the night thats fine too#im!! not doing the sleepover bit. not yet bc im still paranoid about the whole him walking in on me changing from when i was little#a whole nother bag of worms btu it just. went well adn i feel a bit more confident with setting my boundaries and holding to them?#also he looks like a drowned rat dipped in wax and his hairs fuckin Disgusting/he looks like the epitome of a mid life crisis#but im!! i think im doing better. mentally nshit today.#thank you guys for being patient with me when im like this ghjgkmgkmh
