every day i sit and i go man. i wish people were normal about religion
#ides.txt#it's a very touchy subject for people and i understand that but#a lot of people get very analytical about it and there are many people with very good takes and understandings of it imo#but there are some really strange takes#i just have. I have very strong thoughts about how people discuss Christianity#also strong thoughts about how people talk about Islam but that is a LOT more personal#poses cutely in a lot of people don't address their own internalized Islamophobia and also dont' understand so much of the harm#that comes from theocracies based on Islam and those two things can coexist and I am so tired. xoxo#but just. I wish people could be normal about this#maybe I SHOULD take a class in religion in college#if only because I really want to understand why people are like this when it comes to that#this is kind of a useless post I just. think about religion quite a bit
