yooo there was a pharmacist walkout at cvs in kansas city a couple days ago apparently :0 thats fucking awesome i hope this is a sign of things to come. no one i work with deserves the conditions were under rn

#i dont know cvs' situation but if its anything like walgreens #then work conditions rn are actually really fucking bad #immunizers are expected to give shots every 10-15 minutes for individuals or groups of up to 6 people.#im shocked this is allowed to slide in terms of satety #also we are not being given much resources #like they just decided we have to make this happen on top of our other daily tasks. and gave us vaccines and needles #and a barebones scheduler system #that doesnt discriminate for basic context like age or pharmacist meal break #my one coworker mightve been a genius for leaving when she did ybh #screaming nightmare era
