Indirect warnings via the very unsubtle string of reblogs condemning the thing they're using: *reblogs the stuff adjacent to the topic but completely and purposefully skips over the ones I'm trying to warn them about*

A direct conversation that resulted from me getting hella frustrated about that: I'm trying to quit I swear and it's very very shitty!

After I blocked them: man I regret trying (thing) out bc they were a good friend

I go to check their blog out of curiosity on how they're doing (and whether or not I ought to unblock them): *very happily using the verily unethical thing again and posting about it again mere hours prior to me typing up this post*
