me: knows damn well my insomnia gets Way Fucky if 1) theres something big to stress about and 2) if a certain time of the month is near

me, with Many Big Important Things this week, as that certain time of the month has also chosen to arrive: why the fuck am i not sleeping. i am losing my mind i am going insane. theres nothing that could possible be causing this right now. rude

#that is to say No i did not sleep last night. running on a sleep - no sleep - sleep - bad sleep - lousy sleep - sleep - no sleep thing #it sucks ass thanks for asking. not in a sexy way either.#but i FUCKINH FINALLY changed my sheets dont ask me how long i put off that one im disgusting #i AM still out of depression meds though ive been meaning to make the call for more than two weeks now but keep forgetting #and yes also putting it off. this is wrong. dont do this.#my latest excuse to myself was that i. have adhd meds still. two kinds of them in fact! and more than i thought #like an unopened pack of both that id lost under all the crap in my room. havent taken them daily thats why theres do much #why you ask. well i forget. not deep #HOWEVER i DO have to say my depressions better than its been in fuckinh AGES. YEARS im telling you #this is thanks to transcranial magnetic stimulation. so ive been feeling the adhd full force for a while now #cos there hasnt been this.
