See, the WORST thing about discovering a new OCD Issue™ is having to go, “Guess I gotta talk about this in therapy.”
#not that going to therapy is bad or even that I have problems talking about my Stuff™ during sessions it's just that this illness is#so fucking weird and it's like 'welp gotta have ANOTHER conversation about 45 unrelated logic loops that lead me to a conclusion that#makes no objective sense but invades every braincell I still have' and like.
