apropos of nothing I’ve been using the same mechanical pencil to write and draw since i was like 10 years old because nothing has ever lived up to it and i happened upon a pack of them at the store today so i’m pretty much living in the best timeline rn

#not art #also weird note but #the back of the packaging says these pencils were copyrighted in 2014 #which is decidedly not when i was 10 years old #but this is definitely the same pencil and i have very strong memories of losing one of these pencils in the 5th grade #when someone stole it out of my desk which is how i wound up with only 1 instead of 3 #so idk if like i'm in a different universe or whatever or if they just updated the design in some way and renewed the copyright #but either way i'm very happy #i haven't seen these pencils since i saw my td in second year using the same one back in like 2016 #and i swapped them as a prank because his was new and nice and mine has very specific fucked up parts #because i was a menace child who liked to take things apart as a kid and lost the rubber stopper from the tip that makes the led stop #lead*#anyways that's it that's all i've got to say okay goodnight
