how do i know for a fact that i cannot be in or never will want a relationship again ? bc i see pictures and videos of happy people in love and i want to projectile vomit like the demon from the exorcist.

#the cycle goes like this: i got emotionally attached to the person too soon bc of my stupid adhd hyperfixation brain #then (if i'm super lucky that they like me back too) i completely lose the ability to mask around them or regulate my emotions #bc autism is so fun #and then when they inevitably leave (bc they will) that's when the ptsd and abandonment issues kick in and i spiral so hard i dissociate #and i get very suicidal and depressed and the last time that happened to me i have no idea how i made it out alive.#so yea. never gonna be in love again.#but it's fine. it's sooooooooooooooo fine.
