everything went wrong for me in sophomore english when we watched a documentary about teenagers who left home to illegally hop on fright trains and travel the country during the great depression. and this consumed my life i was so convinced that i had the right temperament character and skills to be successful as a teenage hobo in the 1930s. all my friends were like “this is an elaborate bit right? 😝” it was not an elaborate bit. who’s laughing now.
