Having thoughts about how, in the epilogue, when a romanced Tav/Durge tells Minthara they love her, and Minthara answers with "I know." Yes, it's clear that she's- at least partially- teasing, and being flirty, and it's very hot and very Minthara. That line is so 'her' in regards to her humor. But for her to know, without a doubt, that she really is loved, that she can trust and feel safe enough to return that love wholeheartedly, after a lifetime of betrayal and having to be constantly vigilant? After watching countless friends and lovers die, and even having to kill some of them herself? After a lifetime of fear? Do you know what that means????? She knows!?!?! Oh, I love her. I love her so much.
