I finally did find a G2 Clawd doll and probably paid a bit more than I care to but I'm happy with how he turned out. I ended up switching out his hands with a G1 Clawd's hands because, for some reason, the G2-clawed hands were softer and less monstrous.
It is interesting to me how all the G2 dolls got more monster upgrades, but the boys basically got nothing in terms of details. At least that means my Clawd fits into my G1 collection.
His shirt and jeans are from the Forbitten Love Clawd set but I actually unpicked them at the seams and resewed them to be slightly roomier. The extra 3mm of fabric really made a difference to it being able to fit.
His jacket is just a plain satin sleeve and cotton drill one I made using ribbons as trim. I don't trust myself to paint character-specific details at the quality I want, so I prefer how it looks plain to complete his look.

Servitor, aka a humble suggestion for adults in the autism spectrum
Tumblr media
My sympathies to TELUS International, Team Microfix, other Information Technologies' businesses of all sizes as well as any entrepreneurial individuals willing to step up the technological game, listen up because I got quite a interesting proposition to push the industry forwards that has much constructive value.
Say what you want but as I stand proudly on the autistic spectrum. And until I fully grow outward of my diagnosis' weaker points, I think there is some really great argumentation to be expressed about automaton/robots designed specifically for providing assistance to adult aspies as far social interactions, contextual clues and phenomena like body language are concerned.
So... may I suggest releasing / manifesting such synthetic social assistants into our active economy?
Granted if that doesn't interest you, fine. You know yourselves and I won't push that logic too hard as to really burden our globalized world economy too much, especially with the raw number of un-processed human societal issues we still have to face from this decade onwards. But still, just one product of such anthropomorphic social automaton is probably gonna be something extremely purposeful for me and a untold number of other ASD adults directly that is. And most likely to countless other people outside of such issues as they get to communicate better with us in a myriad of humane manners.
In my opinion though, if we don't get such here in a sane manner, I am still going to acquire myself some by whatever means I must go through in order to gather such a handsome tool. Most likely from my constructed world, which I assume (and defined) has really great and far ahead (they are ahead by 20-30 years computational technical knowledge and manufacturing capabilities) fabrication laboratories. I also assume they would have a plethora of nice and sweet optional functionalities to choose from in such a command/order. And this is my default pathway if we don't get competitive enough in the offerings here by the next two-three years. But putting in the efforts today regardless of when it comes out and where it does still is a success I would probably cherish to be honest.
Also, I do see many more uses to such than exclusively socially assistive interfacing with neurotypicals and self-improvement therapy. I also see much 'artificial intelligence' research, neural data processing and translation services potential right here, among many additional use-cases I am not even aware of.
I do have one big concern to address before I leave you out to your own duties over such a technical project. Specifically, I wanna address the fact that I believe that empowering the 'technically more inclinded' users and developers alike by the means of both hardware and software considerations to be made easier to access and to legally modify to our preferences in a wider array of possiblities. Because we only get such fonctionalities in retro technology collector bubbles these days and it would be very well appreciated here. Especially considering that a large number of people are driven out of contemporary technologial marvels because of the ever-increasing number of unaccessible/forbitten options and goes to all sorts of piracy exactly because of such policy choices. After all, fast product obsolescence and software priviledge lockdowns are quite profitable short-term in monetary terms but does definitely encourage a unhealthy technological relationships like piracy and hardware hacking. And as far as I am concerned, autistic adults are painfully even more aware of such weaker points. So please, do us a favor and dare to try such at least a few times. Or at least tell us why you chose such a paradigm when we see potential in all sorts of other methodologies that don't get the energy it deserves.
In a nutshell, I am bringing up a debate about synthetic social assistance automata for autistic people. And as any great insight gatherer would tell you, I want to hear the takes of you all about such a discussion. Thank you all so much and farewell.

To Vesztar
Don't think of it like I'm sacrificing myself, 'Forbitten'. As far as they'll think and the story I'll spin... I 'escaped' having the brave paladin distracted the hot Drider. Not knowing how things ended and I've been staying near the Myconid ever since... I'll let the circle know. I'm on good terms with them.
I'll return to you, 'Forbitten'.
"I wish you well, treasure."
The Drider hums.

Hi! In your last post you mentioned that part of reconstructionist traditional witchcraft was the "renunciation of Christianity." I come from a Jewish background, so I have never been baptized, and think of God and Satan differently from many Christians. What are some ways the "renunciation of Christianity" step could apply to me?
I think it’s useful for all the Abrahamic religions. On the contrary, it would be something to absolutely avoid for polytheistic religions (such as Hinduism, Shinto, Chinese Folk Religion, Afro-American Religions, etc.) because it would be an offense towards their Gods, but for Judaism, Islam and Christianity it’s recommended. This is because according to the folklore Fairies and pre-Christian Spirits hated the Abrahamic god and its symbols.
For example they didn’t show up when friars were present. I quote from Richard Firth Green’s “Elf Queens and Holy Friars: Fairy Beliefs and the Medieval Church": “Perhaps the clearest illustration of this point comes from Adam de la Halle’s brilliant farce Le Jeu de la feuillée (ca. 1255). The action of the play takes place in Arras on a feast day (perhaps May Day or possibly Midsummer’s Eve) and concerns a banquet held in honor of the fairies. […] Before Morgan and her sisters can appear, amonk has to be hustled off stage: “We’d have seen the won ders offairyland  here some time ago if it  hadn’t been for you” [se pour vous ne fust /Ke piech’a chi endroit eüst / Grant merveille de faerie] (lines 561–63). Theplay takes for granted a mutualantipathy between clerks and fairies”
In fact, there was an assimilation between Fairies and Demons. I quote from Carl Sagan’s “The Demon- Haunted World”:“For many pious Christians, as for theinquisitors of Joan of Arc, this was a distinction without a difference. Fairies were demons, plain and simple.”
This was confirmed by “[a]n anecdote in a mid-thirteenth-centuryDominican exemplum collection”, which “has sometimes been cited to illustrate themendicant war on fairy belief: two friars, sent to preach in the ScottishIsles, find fairies (“spiritus incubi”) abusing the young women there, but after being instructed in the faith, the women find themselves able to resistthese demons (“quo facto, venerunt demones comminantes mulieribus et eisinvadere more solito attemptantes, licet non poterant prevalere”), which arelast heard of howling through the ether (“auditus est ulultatus et eiulatusmagnus in aere”). Medieval people would generally have understood the term‘incubi demons’ to refer to fairies, at least down to the fifteenth century(as we shall see in the next chapter),but in fact wherever we encounter accounts of friars triumphing over demoneswho inhabit woods and groves or rideabout in mounted bands, it is reasonable to suppose that we are witnessing askirmish in their campaign against traditional fairy beliefs.”(The source is Richard Firth Green’s book again)
Emma Wilby (in “Cunning Folk and Familiar Spirits”) report, about it:“Many early modern individuals would have been aware, to a greater or lesser degree, of these mutual hostilities and if they wished to avail themselves of fairy powers they must have circumnavigated this problem in some way. Their solutions may not have differed greatly from those used in later centuries by people who believed in fairies. In the nineteenth century, when at sea, fishermen on the Moray Firth ‘would never mention such words as Church or manse or minister. Any utterance suggestive of the new faith would be displeasing to the ancient god of the ocean, and might bring disaster upon the boat’. By their silence the fishermen were, for the duration of their journey, making a superficial show of putting aside their Christian allegiances in return for the protection and goodwill of ‘the ancient god of the ocean’. It is not difficult to imagine how in a different century and different context, this and other types of diplomacy towards non-Christian powers could have been interpreted as a betrayal of the official faith.“
Moreover, before going to the Sabbath and during its execution was forbitten to pronunce the name of the Abrahamic god.
For other examples of the mutual hostility between ancient Spirits and Christianity, read Elf Queens and Holy Friars: Fairy Beliefs and the Medieval Church by Richard Firth Green
So, if we presume that the Christian God is the Jewish God, the renunciation to Christianity can be extended to the renunciation to Islam and Judaism.Simply, instead of reciting backwards the Lord’s Prayer, you’ll recite backwards the main prayer of your religion (for example the 23rd Psalm in Judaism) and instead of trampling a cross as a symbolic act to renunce to your previous faith, you’ll trample a tanakh (for ex-jews) or a quran (for ex-muslims). Obviously YOUR tanakh. Please don’t trample other people’s sacred books. If you don’t have one which is your own, buy one for this purpose.I’ll write further details on how to execute the renunciation to Christianity in next posts (sorry today I don’t have time T_T).
