I think I accidentally solved my laptop's battery problem through sheer experimentation.
#personal#the html file from powershell shows that no battery's detected#but i got it to work somehow even though the message persists and i refuse to update the bios#either removal of it counted as a reset somehow or something's going on with the power socket#which doesn't have issues with other cables??#the error that popped up in bios's diagnostics was apparently misleading?
