I’m gonna make a better post at some point but I’m gonna go ahead cus I’m literally desperate to help make shifting easier for ppl. So here’s something that helped me in my shifting journey: Starting over with a blank slate, having a completely pragmatic approach, and then building my own truth upon that foundation.
