my best friend just told me she tried to imitate my roasted potatoes w/ caramelized onions for her family this Easter & immmmmm about to cryyyyyy 😭😭😭😭 this is what love is HUH ……!!!!!!!!😭🥹😭🥹😭🥹

#they look sooo delicious too like she gotta make me some omg 😭#but the fact she liked my dish enough to try & make the same dish for her FAMILY !!!!!????#during an important HOLIDAY $!!??)!!!!!???#that’s SOOO flattering 😭😭😭😭😭#it’s an abridged (slightly better🤫🤫🤫) version I learned from me dad after trial nd error 🤫🤫🤫🤫#secret is to caramelize the onions in a stovetop pan for odeeeee long #BOIL the potatoes before roasting in odee oil/spices !#then incorporate the two after the potatoes are done roasting 🤫🤫🤫#the potatoes will be crispayyyyyy
