I just need to commemorate that i wrote almost 4,000 words yesterday and I think I deserve some kind of award for that, truly
#now were they GOOD words? that is more unclear#the problem with chapter 4 of the anastasia fic (already finished with the interlude just need to edit) is that it's a LOT of description#mirabel is just wondering around the encanto and observing things and there's very little dialogue besides her talking to herself haha#and i'm afraid it's really boring because this goes on for like 5000 words lol#me: you need to make this snappier#also me: CAN'T HEAR YOU i need to write another long wistful paragraph about how sad and abandoned and kind of spooky this place is!!!#the details!!! they compel me!!!#honestly one of the main reasons i wanted to write this fic is because i can't think of any other fics (i'm sure there are ones) where#the encanto is legit abandoned and in ruins and i just found the imagery of that super upsetting and evocative#i just want to do it right without it feeling like it's going on and on and ON lol#text post#osaat fic
