guys why the FUCK is it not bigger news that director Akiva Schaffer somehow got permission to put the original Sonic (from the infamous first Sonic trailer) in the new Chip N Dale movie as a cameo where he canonically plays a washed up actor who is coasting off the subsequent fame that came from the internet's collective horror at his horrible character design. And he is canonically referred to as "Ugly Sonic".
