sometimes i start reading a fanfiction with a great premise and otherwise decent writing but i just sit in pain reading it, physically holding myself back from breaking into their house and shaking them by the shoulders while yelling, "i will literally beta read for you please let me beta read for you oh my god let me beta read your work why are you doing this why why why"
