The Torchian Hierarchy

THIRD TEXT OF THE TORCHIAN MANUSCRIPT

I relay here The Torchian Hierarchy of Demons the resides at the heart of the Workings of the Book The Torchian Manuscript, it omits certain Entities popular in other Demonic Hierarchies and is for the most part founded upon Christian Demonology and the Demons of Old Classical Grimoires. It dispenses with some of the more Hebrew based legends and does not regard the Demons as having genders, Demons are Spiritual not physical Entities and therefore are Androgynous although some of them do seem to have more qualities akin to one gender that another. The Genders listed below are the gender of the guise they manifest in rather than the gender of the Demon itself. Lesser Demons such as Incubi and Succubi are of a specific gender and strangely enough some of the highest Demons also seem to display strong elements of one particular gender. Areas which the Demons hold Power over shall be explained in sections regarding the Invocation/Evocation of each Demon along with their most likely manifest guide. The listing below is a reference only as to the Demons and their Names who shall be Worked with within the Rites and Arts of The Torchian Manuscript, noting also their manifest gender (this given in brackets following their Name) and the main area of influence over which they hold Power.
