Alright, just to illuminate before someone shoves shit down my throat, if it’s in a character’s canon history that a muse was in a toxic relationship or a complicated one or if there’s an age gap or if there’s incest then I honestly don’t mind?? Of course, I’d never, ever in a million years tolerate incestuous or toxic relationships irl for a million reasons ( my parents were in a toxic relationship so that should speak volumes that I do not ship anything like that in the slightest ), but if it’s part of a character’s backstory then I’m not going to sugarcoat it - I’ll tag it and that’s it. I also don’t really mind age gaps either as long as it’s not like anything gross like a kid and an adult, you feel? My parents were ten something years apart, I’ve personally never thought of it as an anomaly as long as there’s mutual love and respect but that’s just my opinion on things. Disclaimers truly kill me on the inside and this should be obvious but there are people that really need this reminder and that is just because I write disturbing content does not mean I endorse, condone, support or tolerate it.
