rewatching apartment zero and it truly is the perfect movie for me specifically
#the cinematography and set design#adrian's full service tea sets and his fussing over jack#the way they act like they're in love from the start#jack saying that if adrian was more friendly he wouldn't be living alone#and adrian immediately being like 'who are you then? an optical illusion?' because he lives with jack and that's enough for him#adrian's fear of aids and fear of people prying into his personal life#and being so certain that his mother would like jack#the whole background commentary of the state sanctioning violence against its own citizens#apartment zero
