So...Scottish Tablet...who knows what you even do with it? It came along side my coffee once so I added it like it was sugar but it didn’t dissolve well. So later tried to eat it like candy, because was served it again, and it was too buttery. Reflecting back on #2017 I think about all that’s happened. I appreciate all of the wonderful experiences I’ve had, new people I’ve met and ones I’ve lost. They still taught me lessons.
