What better way to kick off this blog than with a Universe Speaks doodle! YAAAAY!

So Universe Speaks is essentially a graphic novel @cynicalvalleys and I have been developing for upwards of a few months now, these are two of the novels more prominent characters Mona and Lyra. The story follows seven kids on an adventure none have them would have expected embarking on when they woke up for school that morning. 

It’s a mix between a fantasy and a murder-mystery so most of you will like it, go follow her poetry blog for excerpts and sneaks from the script at: @supernovatragedy she’s an amazing writer and we collaborate so well on this project it’s scary I’m so stoked to be working with her for the next few years.

Oh dyammm IT’S FINISHED

This design (despite it looking fairly simple) took me weeks to get right so I’m super happy right now just YES. This is probably bad but I finished this and thought of Graceland, the devil is my inner Paul Briggs apparently but hey that’s cool too so shout out to american television ftw on this one.
