#therapist: you're lonely and you're sad because of it#therapist: you're not a hypocrite for feeling this way and for loving the isolation you get from living in the woods and doing things alone#therapist: both these realities can coexist#therapist: and with neurodivergence & trauma & living in a poor area these mixed feelings compounded over time#therapist: and with hyperindividualism both online and off despite the call for community it adds layers to an already complex problem#therapist: you're not a failure because of these circumstances and you're not a bad person because you've had to let many go#therapist: and again you're not a hypocrite for letting said people go whille wanting to build new relationships with people#therapist: its like your atom metaphor some atoms just don't vibe no matter how hard we force it#therapist: you're having a legitimate struggle right now and we'll work through it#take my experience here as a sign to get mental health help if you feel called to it#cause with the right person you get a lot out of it#i still feel like shit but reframing and looking at the whole picture is good#magenta#magenta is my vent word#probably some othed pink variant category but idgaf
