woah i rhink i just got sleep paralysis for the first time or a really fucked up dream maybe i like started to lucid dream and my brain panicked and turned it off? that was so fucking what the fuck i hated that
#there was no sleep paralysis demon i jjst felt like i was falling into the void#twice#it was like cool and inviting the first time because like i think i had my eyes closed? i don't really know#it felt like i was on my bed but i was just sinking#and the second one it was like mh eyes were open and i just see everything fade away and i sink into void#it felt like my whole body was falling asleep not quite pins and needles but almost#and while i know i wasn't moving it felt like i was moving in slow motion#likw the first time i 'fell' it felt like i had slooooooowly reached up and tried to grab the metal bar#like i felt the cold metal#and i felt myself try to keep my eyes open but not be able to#and try to lift my hand to hold it open and not be able to#it was so strange because both times i was 'falling' i kept expecting to jolt awake#but i didn't#that was the weirdest part#i just kept falling through#like how you'd expect a ghost to describe sinking out of their body#in the ones where they kinda sink inside of rise out i guess#and then i just sat up and it was over#like i kept trying and failing to just get up it was scary#and in the second 'fall' i could jusf hear my panicked breathing but i don't even know if that was really me or not#fucking wild#i don't know what that was
