they’re platonic/familial only to me solely bc of the age gap but they’re my favorite duo in the entire series bc of the sole tragedy of their relationship. they truly take the cake for most intricate and complex dynamic despite not even having interactions in the current events of the series. oda being the catalyst for not only dazai’s redemption arc but bungou stray dogs itself is so fucking deep and symbolic
