So proud of my irl friends 🥹 after we spent an entire night making fun of AI and how dumb people are to think it's gonna amount to anything (especially directed at Hollywood, AI """artists""", and people who are replacing their workforce with AI), we ended up deciding that as a inside joke, whenever we see someone acting dumb or making dumb decisions, we blame it on AI

#i also had the incredibly dubious honor of explaining to them what NFTs are since they're not terminally online like i am #and they were absolutely dumbfounded #i'm also kinda proud because despite giving them an extremely short description of what NFTs are #they immediately understood the implications and how it's in fact a Ponzi scheme LOL #so i did a good job giving them the short version
