I know in my heart of hearts that yakisoba is just japanese chow mein but part of me is like NOOOO ITS DIFFERENT. YOU PUT WORCHESTERSHIRE IN IT. YOU PUT MAYO ON IT.

#zuzu.exe #they do have different flavor profiles a bit bc of the sauce but overall. its a japanese adaptation #they r definitely different dishes to me tho. saying they’re exactly the same isnt fair either #i mostly get annoyed by this bc a lot of westerners cant tell the difference between asian cultures at all and it’s annoying
