Silly idea that popped into my head. I hope the fandom revives one day😔

Warning! Spoilers for the main plot of TEW1, The Assignment & The Consequence DLC(sort of), and some for TEW2!

This is really just angst filled tbh. No such thing as a happy ending in the evil within lol

Sebastian

Being his bestie before his life went to hell was pretty nice! He literally considered you as family.

Play dates with Lily! Lily saw you as a sibling of sorts.

Myra respected you and you two became pretty close as well. That really made Sebastian consider you as family. If you have his wife and child’s trust, he can trust you as well.

In process settings, Sebastian, Joseph, and you would go get donuts and coffee together(just regular degular detective snack time.)

After the events of Lily & Myra, the friendship was pretty strained. You were concerned for Sebastian, so was Joseph. Joseph and you decided to report his drinking problem, which Sebastian didn’t really take well.

He does come around eventually. Is the friendship as close? Not really. But he still holds a bunch of respect for you.

Joseph

Your nerdy bestie. Will “urm, actually 🤓☝️” your ass to death.

He keeps tabs on what you like and don’t like. He has a separate journal where he writes about his friends in.

He brings you breakfast :>> Tells you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day(it is! eat breakfast!!!)

During the events of Beacon, you guys became a bit closer. If you weren’t with Sebastian, you were with Joseph. And if Joseph somehow disappeared it didn’t take long to find him.

He feels really guilty when he turns and attacks you. He does become a bit distant when you are with him. It’s just to protect you!

After Beacon, Joseph was no where to be seen. You mourned your best friend. You were too scared to seek comfort from Sebastian since he had his own things going on. You went years not knowing what happened.

One day though, Sebastian calls you at random. He tells you Joseph isn’t dead! And that he found Kidman??? What the hell was going on?

Kidman

Out of everyone, she was nothing but a sweetheart to you! You both got along relatively quick!

Sebastian was already stressed out with having to train her, so having Kidman being close with one of his teammates really put his heart at ease. Joseph was 50/50. Kidman really only spoke with you anyway.

Kidman didn’t expect to grow close with anyone. While she did have a friendship with both Sebastian and Joseph, it wasn’t as strong as it was with you. She felt the need to stick by you and protect you.

She did start to become a bit distant during the events of Beacon, but you chalked it up to her being stressed about the situation at hand.

While you guys were together, she did a damn great job at protecting you. Things did get a bit rocky once Leslie started to get involved.

Everything went downhill once she shot Joseph and you. You weren’t expecting that type of betrayal.

Sebastian and You managed to make it out of Beacon. It was a miracle for you. It took a lot of healing, but you eventually got over what happened.

Until she showed up one day. There was a lot of tension. She explained herself and why she did what she did. It made sense, but there was still hurt in your heart after hearing and reliving everything as spoke to you.

Did you guys become close again? Not really. You kept your distance, but if she ever needed to talk or hang out you were up for it. But to trust her like you did was off the table.

You do believe that if the events that took place in Beacon didn’t happen, you guys still could’ve been close. It was a great friendship while it lasted.

Leslie

To be honest, being friends with Leslie isn’t really possible.

Poor boy is traumatized. Forming any type of close bond would be impossible.

He did feel a bit safe with you! You and Dr. Jimenez worked together to help him. You guys still tried to help him during Beacon.

Helping Leslie got tough after Jimenez died. Especially while Ruvik kept messing with Leslie, it was pretty dangerous to even be around him.

Once Ruvik caught Leslie, you didn’t know what to do anymore. After escaping STEM, you saw Leslie walking out of the gates of the hospital.

But it wasn’t his usual, timid walk. It genuinely caught you off guard how confident he walked.

Maybe it wasn’t Leslie…

Ruvik

He is NOT your bestie

Don’t even think about getting close to him.

Will experiment on you. He genuinely doesn’t care.

You’ll probably die/be dead.

Best advise? Don’t even think about Ruvik.
