Was messing around with this Flycam mod while playing, so heres a bunch of shots of the Deep Roads for funsies
#dragon age 2#the deep roads#murphys gamer cave#fun fact. the room for the boss fight in the deep roads has no wall at the back of it. its just a lot of random excess geometry#also the lighting for the lyrium veins extends all the way down to the floor. but ONLY for the blue lyrium. Red doesn't have this effect.#a lot of sections of the deep roads are like blatantly low poly or covered up by massive amounts of fog to obscure the geometry#obviously this game was made in a short amount of time and it SHOWS in just how many corners are cut for the level design here.#they're saving AS much as possible.
