what are some of your past hyperfixations/interests?

I wouldnt call them past interests bc i still actively enjoy them but i love anime, kpop, mlp, monster high, she-ra, hunger games, spiderman, atla, and more but i cant think of everything all at once, and also im currently watching the tv show merlin w someone and im enjoying it quite a bit

1975updates tonight YN was in the crowd at the band’s show. She was in front of the barricade for most of it and during Robbers Matty went down to her and kissed her. If I’m honest I’m just in shock.

Can we get an insight on nicu's integrity vs their reputation in sr1-sr2? Like, how does he view himself against how others view him?

Nicu exclusively uses they/them pronouns btw theyre agender 

how Nicu is in Saints Row 1 vs them in Saints Row 2 is a radical difference. 

in SR1 Nicolæ doesnt like.... have a view of themselves. theyre making their way up from having lived at absolute rock bottom for a year, and theyre rewriting their entire idea of personhood while they do it. they completely lost their whole sense of identity after the absolute disaster of getting dishonorably discharged and theyre basically a complete blank slate of a human being by the time the Saints find them. 

like in 1 theyre seen as a fucking terrifying weirdo and honestly? yeah they are kind of a terrifying weirdo. but at that point theyre just learning how to be a human being again and they way theyre finding their identity is by learning they get approval and praise for shooting people in the face. the gang makes who they are. like peoples projections onto them in 1 forms their identity ; as soon as people start saying “hey this kid is good at killing, theyre good at leading, theyre good at running this city” then it became who they were. their reputation wrote them.

in 2 they have a reputation for being powerful, ruthless, unkillable and unstoppable... and they love that shit. its all theyve ever wanted since they got put in that coma. like Nicu is very egotistical. theyre also deeply fucking insecure and as much as they LOOOVVVEEE thinking of themselves as being big and scary and the unstoppable Butcher of Stilwater, theres always a part in the back of their mind thats screaming “weak fake pansy piece of shit find a real man to protect you”. 

Nicu definitely always views themselves as being The Boss, the Leader of the Saints, the Butcher of Stilwater first and foremost. like thats their priority always. so as long as people are scared of them and scared of the Saints? they couldnt fucking care less about anything else. having a reputation at all is the most important thing to them.
