The world will tell you that you must justify your existence by being useful. Useful to other people, useful to an employer, useful to your country. You are not a product to be consumed. You matter, your feelings and dreams and needs matter, because you are a person.

Be kind, but do it for its own sake. Be productive, but make it reflect your own needs and abilities, not others' expectations. Steal time for yourself, your hobbies and your loved ones whenever you can.
