honest to god, some of conan’s scraps which are just bits and pieces of his show (before he changed his format) behind the scenes are infinitely funnier than anything jimmy fallon has ever said in his entire life. conan eats a fucking salad and talks about how he has to stay in shape so everyone gets their pay cheque was so funny. I know he said it was his choice to shorten his program to have it more oriented to a different format but man I miss the good ole days
