this is getting to be an old refrain from me but. it is impressive dante is only coming away from that spot with a leg injury, and i can't justify watching anything TK touches live if non-wrestlers are sustaining injuries during promos and, days? later, this happens. no thanks. it shouldn't take a near death experience to convince aew to hire professional risk assessment and stunt coordinators (or better ones, if they already have them), but for well over a year now i've been increasingly concerned that it is what it's going to take

#[ colour commentary ]#this is not me saying any other company is inherently better either considering wwe has a death count and a Lot of promotions #(aew included) weaponise light tubes. sorry man but you should see what fiberglass phosphorus and mercury have done to my relatives' lungs #after years working construction/hvac. you crack a tube and suddenly you're knee deep into hazardous waste material disposal.#anyway i do not want to see injuries like this. i don't want to see careers or lives ended. i don't think broadcasting live is always the #right thing to do. i don't want to see a new jack or a sid vicious level of injury let alone anything worse.#i will be extremely surprised if martha participates in/condones another owen cup after all this shit especially considering how one winner #was recently injured and the other has been suffering from long-term concussion effects. i would take one hundred broken noses sooner than #a single TBI and am very worried about cole. regardless i hope dante recovers. i shouldn't have to see kids younger than me hurt that bad #long post
