i've been thinking a LOT about a carcar coffee shop au so i wrote this, hope you guys like it :)

It's really cold outside, there are just a few people out there and looks like it's about to rain, the coffee shop is almost empty except by few people hanging out but it doesn't seem like someone else is gonna enter soon, not even Carlos.

And once again Oscar is thinking about Carlos, it's been 5 days since last time he saw him, it's not that he's so obsessed to count the days he doesn't seen Carlos, that's just a simple coincidence. Logan tells him all the time he's acting like he has a crush on Carlos but he knows well he doesn't have a stupid crush on Carlos, he just thinks Carlos is a nice guy that is very goodlooking with his big brown eyes and big eyelashes, his big nose with freckles, his big lips, his beautiful long and fluffy hair, and his cute spanish accent, nothing else more, just that.

He hasn't known Carlos for too long, but he already knows the days and time he comes to the coffee shop and what he orders; an espresso, Oscar thinks that is outrageous to drink an espresso and even more so because he thinks Carlos is too sweet to drink that, but any way he always has Carlos' order ready, so everytime he comes he doesn't have to wait too much, call it whatever you wanna call it, Oscar just thinks it's more practical that way and he's sure Carlos appreciates that because he always leaves big tips in the jar, it's a win win situation.

"Stop pining over Carlos, Oscar, you look kinda pathetic." Logan came from nowhere scaring him, was he so lost thinking about Carlos to not notice Logan wasn't in the back anymore?

"I'm not pining over anyone, Okay? I'm just really bored, mind your own business mate." He rolls his eyes and turns back to do anything to keep him busy and in fact stop thinking about Carlos, but it's not just that, the day was really boring with such a cold weather, too cold that people doesn't want to buy a coffee.

"Don't lie to me, you have been so low since 5 days ago that happens to be the last time Carlos came here, I'm not dumb."

"How do you know Carlos hasn't been here since 5 days ago?"

"I can read your mind." Oscar looks back at him without any expression. "Just kidding, I heard you yaping about it in the back, you're not quiet at all."

"Fuck."

"The next time he comes you should ask for his number and text him, you've got nothing to lose, mate. It's really exhausting seeing you pining over him all the time."

"I've got nothing to lose? Have you seen him? He's so attractive, of course he's not gonna give me a second look."

"Yeah, I have seen him but I have seen you too, you're attractive, man, more the type cute but you're definitely attractive enough to catch his eye, you should try it."

"I'm not sure i like him enough to do that and..."

"Oh, quit laming, look who's here!"

Oscar turns around and looks at the front door where Carlos is already walking to, he's wearing a beanie and a puffy jacket and Oscar thinks he's never looked so adorable before, if he were insane he would've already ran to hug him, but he's not, he just smiles back at Carlos once Carlos notices him and feels already over the moon.

"Hi Oscar!" Carlos smiles at him and Oscar notices his cheeks are red by the cold, yup, he's definitely never looked so adorable before.

"Hi Carlos, How have you been? It's been a while." He smiles akwardly once he notices what just said, Why would he said that? He probably looks like a crazy and obsessive man.

"Oh, i had a terrible cold, but now I'm fine. How have you been?" Carlos giggles ignoring how probably weird were Oscar's questions.

"Actually, it's been terrible without seeing you, thank god you're here now." Oh, close! but he's definitely not saying that. "I'm okay, It's been kinda boring because of the weather, but everything's alright."

"I didn't know you would come today so I don't have your order ready, but don't worry i'll make it quickly."

"Oh actually, i don't want an espresso today, I'd like a hot chocolate with whipped cream, please."

"No worries, I'll have it in a minute."

Oscar turns back to make Carlos' hot chocolate and he's already so happy so if he puts extra whipped cream and extra marshmallows it's nothing but a coincidence.

"Okay, here's your hot chocolate, i hope you enjoy it. It'll be £2.50"

"Yeah, right." Carlos hands him a £5 bill and tells Oscar to keep the change, says goodbye and walks to the door. "Was good to see you, but I Gotta go."

"Oh yeah, it was also good to see you, comeback whenever you want!" Oscar waves at Carlos even if He's already out of the coffee shop and suddenly notices something falling out of the £5 bill Carlos just gave him, It's a note.
