You know what I would love to see more of in the Deadpool fandom is acknowledgement of Wade and Nate’s existence as chronically ill folks, and not as a vector for drama. Like i swear the only time i see the adverse side of Nate’s TO or Wade’s Whole Entire Existence as an Immortal Continually Cancerous Mentally Ill Person is when it’s used to drive an angst plot. blease fandom, i am on my knees begging you can we have a few fics where we acknowledge they’ve got health issues but don’t make it into a central angsty plot point about how miserable it is to be sick?
