it would be a hell of a time because Alice is. Not human. he's a robot (technically a chunk of malware piloting a robot body but. details).

the silicone padding is to. hide the fact that he's almost completely comprised of metal plating and hydraulics. because he's a mercenary and people tend to freak out a little about the whole "sentient robot" thing, but he does need work, so...silicone padding. great solution. i will note that the hydraulics are a bit of a weak point, as if you manage to poke a hole in one he'll have a hard time moving whatever limb it connects to, but

he's. sturdy enough mentally. there are sore spots that make him get pissy, but for the most part he's Alright. and he probably wouldn't have any issues with midori himself minus the whole. fighting thing. and even then he's willing to laugh off a fight*

*under most circumstances. there's a few people alice is fucking After but thankfully none of them have a similar name

has anyone ever suggested that the reason cinderpelt was "reincarnated" was bc starclan knew she'd be supportive of leafpool?

yeah, she disagreed with her, but there's no way she wouldn't want to help her out. cinderpelt knows better than most that the clans are unfair. she's witnessed so much cruelty firsthand. she would absolutely fight the stars themselves for her beloved apprentice. that's just who she is.

starclan would never allow that. i think they did what they did to keep her from ruining theit plans. hell, maybe they even set up her death specifically so they could trap her spirit. i wouldn't put it past them, considering the level of fuckery they get up to.

idk. i just thought abt how weird it was, and realized it could've been way more sinister than it seems. (no. i don't think the authors did it on purpose. that's giving them way too much credit lol) just a thought.

& in hindsight both relationships were products of like. circumstance and someone else

First one was in junior high, a guy who got dared by his friends to ask me out (don't know the reason it was a dare)

Second one was a girl in highschool who was questioning whether or not she was bisexual & went "hey I like you and we talk sometimes* can we date bc I'm questioning" & I was like. Okay sure.

*we talked bc we sat next to each other in a class and she was chatty. I am normally not but she talked enough that I'd eventually respond

Neither relationship was especially unpleasant in day-to-day but I was. Not good at being a Friendly, Affectionate Person. so it was a little tricky whenever the bog standard "romantic" stuff came into play since it Was nerve-wracking but more in the sense of. "i gotta do this part well so i get a Good grade" sort of deal.

there was a guy who a lot of people thought i was dating, but we had just been friends since we were little kids and he seemed as disinterested in anything more as i was, so.

(the one time i did enjoy like. cuddling with someone was when it was with another good friend. we were staying at a motel & the room was cold as all fuck, and they were nervous, and hey. it sounded nice. it Was nice

perhaps i should have figured out i was aromantic sooner, but. it was sort of impeded by the confusion of Not Being Ace to go with it)
