tim & kon meet first in WF3 in nov-dec 1996. tim meets bart in Dec 1996 in robin plus impulse.

kon & bart meet in march 1997 in superboy & the ravers.

and ray meets superboy in may 1994 in the ray & bart in august 1995 in justice league task force (interestingly, bart is used as ray's future best friend in the ray until it ended in october 1996--before they publish robin plus impulse) and despite ray having known both of them first--ray is treated as a total stranger in young justice lmao.
