And this week I'm trapped in my house as got to self isolate...

So, I've gone through my older photos, and have decided to branch out from just doing #running related #SportsBraSquad type photos, and add in a few #TitsToTheWind type wild swimming ones 😝 I do love skinny dipping after all.

Though usually without witnesses 🤣

So, heres an image taken in the summer at a nearby secret (genurinely secret and needing permission because private land) swim spot

The idea of Fuck It Friday was come up with by a fellow member of the #NoDramaLlamaRunners.

The idea is that on a Friday you push aside fears of what others think and wear what YOU want to wear. Remind yourself that your body is noone else's business and that what your body can do is so much more important than how it looks.

When you're extreme self isolating you don't need to worry about putting a soggy wet costume on. It's only the oyster catchers, deer and otters that'll see your windy #titstothewind. .

I haven't had much access to the internet for the last ten days nor much battery juice and I've been on my own so it's been quite hard to gauge what's going on. Everything around me seems quite normal. Except for the number of emails that spring into my inbox when I've found wifi, saying jobs have been cancelled and comments about everything on social media. What are other self employed/freelancers/zero contractors doing? I hope everyone's ok. The birds are still tweeting, squirrels still running along telephone wires and clouds melting and changing colour like lava lamps at sunset. So get outside if you're on your own. It's quite therapeutic. Much love to everyone. .

I went for a run, I went for a swim. I dodged the seal and then went all #titstothewind & #bunstothesun which I admit was something of a reaction to a growing frustration at the way so many people are reacting to this situation. How can it possibly be that supermarkets have to place limits on what you can and cannot buy because so many selfish people went headless chicken. 7:30am this morning and people are wheeling loaded trolleys across ASDA car park. There was no shortage until people got greedy and selfish and now there is. I have not bought any soap or hand wash and this may come as a surprise to some people but we always have some in the house as a part of the general day-to-day of normal life. I can only assume that soap and hygiene are something new to the people clearing the shelves and being taught how to wash their hands. What I also noticed on my run/swim was that the birds in the hedgerows are behaving quite normally, so are the sheep in the field and cattle hanging over the gate and the squirrel and the seal. For creatures that think we are oh so smart we are in fact oh so dumb. So what I say is 'be more squirrel' and it will be just fine.
