Decided I'm gonna do The Joy of Life Legacy Challenge by @simelune instead of the NSB with Stevie since I've never done this challenge before!

So with that in mind

This is Hesper Marsh! She grew up in Strangerville, but when things started getting wonky with the town she shifted herself out to Oasis Springs. She's a witch who wants nothing more than to one day open up her own witchy shop/bakery and get the whole town clambering for her tricks and treats!

Things quickly turned flirty, and then things got spicy! The next morning, Johnny asked Hesper to be his girlfriend and then asked her to move in!

I wish I was kidding, but that's how it went. Johnny really went zero to sixty lmao

After Johnny saw Hesper doing magic, he felt the need to impress her too! He told her to wait and he'd be right back. After an hour or so Johnny came back with a whole new look and clothes.

Needless to say, Hesper was impressed!

This is my first time giving a townie a makeover without completely changing their entire being in CAS lmao, Johnny is a bit of a challenge but I think he turned out pretty good!

Hesper wanted to show off for Johnny and did some spellwork for him!

While killing time before work she thought it might be good to start on her social media accounts. Who knows how important they'll be when she tries to drum up business in the future!

A new day, a new chance to cook something special! Hesper started off her day with some eggs and toast before she went to work for her first day!

After Mr. Zest had left Hesper went about making her first meal in the house, a garden salad, and she relaxed for the first time in what felt like a long time.

The move had been stressful since she was flying out of her family's home as fast as she could before whatever was making her neighbors all...strange could get to her. Now that she was finally taking in her new home, she felt like this might be a new beginning, somewhere she could finally start living her life for herself and not for her family.

Hesper knew the first thing she wanted to do was plant something. Her mother, a witch like herself, had always said that a home isn't a home without something growing there. She found some old wash tubs at the flea market and turned them into planters for her front porch, she was so proud of herself!

Not a moment after the first seed was planted, she heard a knock and warm voice. It was her neighbor Johnny Zest come to welcome her to the neighborhood! She was grateful to see a kind face, she half expected not to know any of her neighbors, especially after her experience with them in Strangerville!

They started talking about casual things, but Hesper noticed quickly that Johnny had already seemed smitten with her which made her heart flutter a little. Her started flirting with her! And AND gave her a rose?! Well, if this was the welcome wagon, maybe living here wouldn't be so bad!

Hesper Marsh's Home

I'll apologize in advance as a lot of my pictures for this legacy probably will not be edited as I don't really have the time if I actually want to play lol

This is Hesper's little starter home! I used only her starting budget and as you can see, we weren't left with much, hence why it's a little stark. Hesper's a collector though, it'll look better as she collects her finds!

After Hesper got done with her cauldron, Johnny decided he wanted to do something fun and build a sand castle with her. It seemed like a fun way to cool down after work and it was just a good hit of childhood nostalgia!

After a day of work at her new job, Hesper felt the itch to work on her magic. Her antique cauldron was just getting dusty out back after all. She had just started experimenting when she got a call from her neighbor Johnny. A pipe broke at his house and he asked if he could crash at Hesper's place.

They had been hitting it off well the other day so Hesper told him he could stay as long as he needed to and as long as he helped out!
