i hate unfollowing long time mutuals but i dont hate it so much when they reblog shit like writers don't have anything to worry about with ai stealing works so they shouldnt be as upset as REAL artists so friendly reminder that if you think writing isnt as tough or respectable as other forms of art then please kindly unfollow and block me.

#if you dont think there are word scrapers and dialogue being taken bc of ais then. die.#fuck ai art #there is also!!! a lot of restrictions placed in writers #particularly fandom writers. and they are subject to a lot of fucking scrutiny #the shit i got for opening comms bc i was financially in need andi was told its 'scamming because fanworks should be full of passion!'#and yet what happens with other artists when they need comms? and i am not hating on artists: i have a lot of great and wonderful #artist friends and i am in awe of their work. and all work.#what is it about writing that makes it less deserving? what is it that means people dont engage with it?#idk im just very frustrated and its why i dont write as much anymore #i have so much to vent but in the tags is not the place so.#tl;dr: support your fic writers. support your artists. fuck ai scrapers
